LANVIN DERBY SHOES
These stylish beauties have caught my eye this week. I like the electric blue detail in particular. Lanvin derby shoes, £620 - have a look at them here on Mr Porter.

GIVENCHY BAD BOYS
I'm so in love with these beauties by Givenchy. I'm a complete sucker for statement footwear at the moment, it's probably one of my most feminine traits. Some say a woman can never have too many pairs of shoes but I think that also applies to men - well it does to me anyway!

CHRISTOPHER SHANNON FOR KICKERS
Christopher Shannon is surely becoming one of my favourite designers this year. I've found myself drawn to many of his collections and everything he conveys as a British menswear fashion designer.
I love the Christopher Shannon for Kickers collaboration, as seen earlier this year at the London Men's Collections. They are available to purchase at Selfridges for £150. A combination of classic footwear and modern men's style - perfect.

ADIDAS COLLABORATIONS
Here are my two of my favourite Adidas men's collaborations, Opening Ceremony and Jeremy Scott. I guess I can try and describe it in three words - playful, tragic and genius. Some of the Jeremy Scott's are totally unacceptable, yet still incredible. I'd definitely wear the pink poodle hi-tops!

TOPMAN DESIGN MENSWEAR SS13
I love the SS13 collection by TOPMAN Design; it oozes warmth, spontaneity and excitement. They have effortlessly captured a fun and playful way to experiment with style this season. Exotic floral prints, an invigorating colour palette and statement footwear - it all sounds like it's nothing new but the brand have delivered each garment in a unique way that shows their own twist on what we usually see for Spring/Summer menswear fashion.
In particular I'm completely drooling over the TOPMAN Design trainers that are featured and personally I think they are quite reasonably priced at £75.
Look at the full SS13 show yourself here.

STYLE POST 1
Despite getting further into the year we are still surrounded by bitter weather and snow. So I'm starting something called 'STYLE POSTS' for the blog where I'll post images of what I'm wearing etc. I never feature myself on here so I figured it will be cool for people to see who the blogger actually is.
So here goes, style post number 1. Shirt by TOPMAN, black jumper by American Apparel, coat by Cheap Monday, Jeans by Cheap Monday, shoes by Cheap Monday and bag by Mulberry AW13 London Fashion Week.

NEXT LEVEL PLATFORMS.
Statement footwear is huge this season, something that was once considered simple and irrelevant for men's style. Whatever you're wearing, footwear is the key to bringing everything else to life.
Something in particular that caught my attention is the new steel cap shoes that Underground have just released into their Berwick Street, London store. Let's face it, we're all kind of over the whole platform phase - it was cool but it's hardly a fashion statement now.
However I feel as though these beauties are the next level of "platformed footwear" - say goodbye to creepers, these bad boys are in town! (Did anyone particularly LOVE creepers anyway?)
